I was embarking on full-time recruiting for investment banking, for which positions are few and far between.Along with large amounts of outside studying, I was able to very rapidly improve, and be fully interview ready within 5–6 weeks of our first meeting. Throughout my recruiting process, I had a few series of interviews and superdays, but come September of my senior year I still had not landed a role. This was when my coach got wind of a position at RBC Capital Markets in their TMT Group in the San Francisco office.
