    - BlackRock is hiring an Investment Professional for its Private / Growth Capital Investment Team (GFI Opportunistic Investments) - BlackRock is the world's leading asset manager, with $9.5trn AUM - Team provides growth capital to high-growth businesses - flexible across the capital stack - primarily in credit, and equity opportunistically - You will lead & assist in the evaluation, underwriting and structuring of private investments across the capital structure - Lead and support full transaction process - Conduct financial and business due diligence through counter-party discussions, including company and industry research - Prepare and analyze financial models, cash flow schedules, valuation analyses, capital structures, and risk assessments - Work closely with portfolio managers and sector specialists to implement investment strategies - Lead preparation of deal summaries, investment committee memos, related materials, and portfolio monitoring reports - Present to the broader team and provide investment opinions - Portfolio management - Primary investment industries include technology, software, tech-enabled, healthcare & related growth industries
