    - Baylink Capital is hiring a Private Equity Summer / Fall Vice President to work on several active ongoing PE transactions: - Pure-play PE Role: Deal Diligence, Financial Modeling, Diligence Decks, Lender Negotiations, and Transaction Execution - 20+ Hours a Week for Next 3 Months - Competitive Pay - This is an exciting Private Equity Role: - Role consists of Transactional, Financial Analysis, Due Diligence & Operational Work - Live transactions throughout Internship - Opportunity to work closely with senior Investment Team as well as Advisory Team of Industry Experts on Diligence & Transaction Execution - Candidate: - Must be comfortable with handling the core PE VP Role: Private Equity Diligence, Financial Modeling, Designing Analyses, Doing Diligence Decks, Lead Lender Negotiations, etc. - Experience in transactions / diligence either in PE, IB or MC
