**2024 Frontier Fellows Program Summary:** At Vista, we pride ourselves on attracting and developing top talent across our firm and portfolio of companies. The Vista Frontier Fellows program creates career opportunities for exceptional undergraduate students who come from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds in private equity (Women, Black / African American, Hispanic / Latino and / or Native American). Fellows will participate in Vista’s leading private equity summer internship program, where they will learn, grow and gain hands-on transaction experience. Additionally, Fellows will be assigned a mentor, receive direct feedback, and have an opportunity to participate in various networking, social and educational events. Selected Fellows will be awarded a scholarship of $25,000 at the close of the program and are eligible for full-time analyst opportunities.
**Private Equity Summer Internship Summary:** Vista is looking for individuals to join a highly selective summer program at a dynamic, industry-leading private equity firm. The 10-week, paid internship program is an opportunity to expand your knowledge of the software and the private equity industries while gaining exposure to Vista’s disciplined investment philosophy and best practices in portfolio company management. Vista’s emphasis on training and our history of hiring and promoting from within make the Internship Program a truly unique opportunity.
Our 2024 Summer program will be based in our Austin, TX office. The program starts with two weeks of intensive training led by deal team members, followed by 8 weeks of true “on-the-desk” experience as a part of the private equity team. After a successful summer, subsequent full-time opportunities will exist in either Austin, TX or Chicago, IL.
