We will be selecting a small group of motivated individuals who have a demonstrated interest in Investing Careers (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, etc.) - to participate in a weekly Training Program with senior Investment Professionals from Firm and prepare high-caliber weekly Investment Memos on Public Companies - during Fall 2023.

This Program will run during Fall 2023, and is an unparalleled opportunity to get live, guided training & experience in the Buyside & Investing space, via Public Investing, and is a great opportunity for anyone interested in Buyside / Hedge Funds / Public Investing or Private Equity / Private Investing Careers. 
**Selected candidates are expected to spend ~7-10 hours a week researching companies, putting together highly thoughtful & high-caliber investment memos, and participating in Weekly Investment Committee / Live Learning sessions with senior Investment Professional(s) and others in Program
The Training Program will include:
- Weekly Investment Committee meeting with senior Investment Professional(s) to go through new investment ideas generated by each individual - Creation of high-quality investment memos on a weekly basis, which involves researching & analyzing public investment ideas / companies,  creating high-quality research briefs on companies, and presenting to senior Investment Professional(s) - Live training with senior Investment Professional(s) during the Weekly Lecture / Investment Committee meeting

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Screen & Analyze selected Public Companies & Sectors - Financial Analysis & Company / Industry Analysis - Create Thoughtful & Well-Researched Investment Memos for each Investment - Meet with Elevate x Investment Committee weekly
