    Blackstone Private Equity Strategies (BXPE)

    BXPE offers eligible individual investors access to the world’s largest private equity platform in a single fund. BXPE aims to invest alongside the world’s largest private equity platform in areas where the firm sees opportunities.

    Job Title: BXPE COO/CAO Team Associate

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the coordination and preparation of quarterly Audit Committee and Board Materials
    • Manage and track BXPE calendar of key dates and deliverables across all workstreams
    • Assist in preparing budget/forecast & strategic plan for BXPE
    • Preparing ad hoc analysis, presentations and project status reporting to senior management and stakeholders
    • Assist to development and implementation of a wide range of internal business management objectives
    • Developing and maintain a deep understanding of the overall BXPE and the underlying objectives of each team
    • Partnering with key team members to improve business & reporting processes, change management, and implement overall strategy  
    • Manage distribution lists, headcount tracking/reporting and hiring onboarding
    • Assist in floor planning / seat assignments across BXPE


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a quantitative discipline
    • 3+ years of experience in a financial, consulting or project management role, and a strong academic record
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and detail-oriented
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects
    • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Essbase a plus
    • Highly motivated and intelligent with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, a positive attitude and is highly organized with a passion for excellence
    • Ability to “see the bigger picture” and get to the heart of issues rapidly
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • A desire to work in a entrepreneurial environment
    • Relationship building skills with internal and external counterparties
    • Results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively against competing deadlines

    Expected annual base salary range:

    $105,000 - $140,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.


    Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
