UI/UX Designer

Our newly-launched B2B enterprise platform allows Financial services firms to outreach and hire top talent for their roles, using AI to promote, screen & conduct end-to-end hiring. Our B2B platform includes Hiring, Networking & Training sub-platforms for professionals & students.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a passion for designing user-centric web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the IT industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their design skills and user experience knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Optimize existing user interface designs and test for intuitivity and experience.
- Maintain consistency in visual elements and define behavior across web and mobile platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and user testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
- Basic understanding of front-end development frameworks.
