Social Media Manager - B2B (US & Europe)

Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, focusing on expanding our presence in the US and European markets. This role is crucial in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads for our B2B platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B social media marketing and proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the B2B audience in the US and Europe, aligning with business objectives and brand values.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content (e.g., posts, articles, videos, infographics) that resonates with our target audience, showcasing our platform’s benefits and industry insights.
- Platform Management: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant social media platforms, focusing on audience engagement and community building.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media activities, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing efforts.
- Industry Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media technologies to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing B2B social media accounts, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience in the US and European markets, with a strong understanding of regional differences in social media usage and business culture.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
