We are an active venture capital group with a current emphasis on pre-seed, seed, and series A startups.  We’re flexible and on occasion, have also invested in late stage and cross over rounds. 

While Arc is geographically agnostic, to date most of our investments have been based in Israel, Europe and the US.

We are looking for creative and bright individuals who have a passion for venture capital, entrepreneurship or related fields. Our new Associate will work closely with the entire Venture Capital investment team.

You will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact!

The Role

Grow with us and get deeply involved in:

• Evaluating new investment opportunities, including funds, SPVs and direct investments
• Creating financial models and projections
• Performing due diligence evaluations of potential portfolio companies and funds
• Performing industry research, including competitor analysis for prospective portfolio companies
• Tracking and following portfolio companies and assisting them with business development, future funding and other strategic initiatives
• Assisting Arc in its beta testing of “picks and shovels” useful in the venture eco system and beyond
• Domestic and International travel with partners to visit portfolio companies and funds and attend industry meetups.

Relevant Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• STEM experience is a plus
• Rigorous thinking
• Thorough research and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn from and help teammates and entrepreneurs while also able to work independently when appropriate
• Strong quantitative skills desirable
• Bachelor’s Degree (finance or economics preferred)
• 3-5 years of relevant training or experience
• Experience in venture capital, private equity, business, finance, and/or start-ups preferred
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office products desirable
• Familiarity with Affinity, Addepar, Asana, Aumni, Deal Cloud, Lynq, Pitchbook,  Crunchbase, Sharepoint helpful
• Ability to work from our New York Office 4/5 days a week

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is commensurate with experience in the range of $80,000 to 110,000. We are proud to offer excellent benefits.
