Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Distribution Support / Junior Salesperson: Assist in managing LP relationships and executing fundraises across our platform, which currently comprises traditional private equity, credit, and infrastructure funds
- Eventually begin to co-cover/take ownership of smaller institutional accounts in North America
- Support Distribution professionals in the New York Office with ad hoc LP requests
- Frequent interaction with Limited Partners (“LPs”) including:
- LP Market Mapping and initial outreach to prospective LPs
- Regular participation in the organization of fund roadshows, including attending LP / GP meetings
- Assist with organizing LP client events in the US, including cocktail hours, golf outings, dinners
- Create and update PFG’s internal and external documentation, including GP overviews, prep notes, internal tracking
- Preparing materials for weekly roadshow scheduling and monthly sales meetings
Qualifications & Experience:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Strong quantitative skills
- Mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
- Candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivation and must be able to work independently, across a variety of responsibilities, and at a fast pace
- Private equity fundraising experience is not necessary, but candidate must be enthusiastic about the industry and demonstrate a capacity to learn quickly

Expected Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
