Context:

▶ Index Ventures is an international venture capital firm with offices in New York City, San Francisco, and London.

▶ We’re searching for a new investor based in NYC. We develop investors in an apprentice-like manner with domain concentration. This role will be focused on infrastructure, security & AI, partnering closely with me.

▶ We take a people-first approach to investing in technology-enabled companies. Our ambition is to back founders of generational companies from inception through maturity.

Prerequisites:

▶ A compassionate competitor with unequivocal curiosity, tenacity, empathy, and an ownership mentality

▶ A team player

▶ An ability to operate effectively in unstructured environments

▶ A Bachelor's degree, at minimum

▶ 2 to 5 years of experience, including experience as a later-stage technology investor
