This is a full-time hybrid role for a Investment Manager at R3D3 Ventures. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing venture building, scaling, and investing activities in alignment with the firm's mission. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area with flexibility for some remote work. Day-to-day tasks include identifying investment opportunities, managing portfolio companies, and leveraging networks to support entrepreneurial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities in the tech ecosystem, particularly AI & Fintech & SaaS.
• Develop and maintain relationships with startups, founders, entrepreneurs, operators, venture capital firms, sector experts and other key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the corporate venture team.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Lead due diligence processes and deal negotiations; prepare investment memos and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor portfolio companies and provide post-investment support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above top ranked higher education institutions;
• 4-6 years of experience in start-up, tech, venture capital, investment banking, or corporate development, preferably related to AI and/or Fintech.
• Strong business development capabilities with established networks in the start-up ecosystem in the Bay Area.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
