    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage capital raise offerings and communicate with clients and advisors.
    • Research and maintain investor and market data.
    • Prepare pitch materials and model complex transactions.
    • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the firm.


    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of relevant Investment Banking experience.
    • Strong academic background and quantitative/technical skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.
    • US work authorization.
    • Relevant licenses (Series 7, 63, 79).
