You will work directly with the founders on:

• Live transactions
• Portfolio strategy
• Firm-building initiatives

Because the team is intentionally lean, this role offers meaningfully more responsibility and impact than a traditional associate role at a large fund.

Responsibilities: Beyond the Traditional Associate Role

Core Investing Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models and valuation analyses
• Conduct deep, bottoms-up diligence across markets, technologies, and companies
• Prepare investment memos and IC materials
• Support transaction execution and diligence coordination
• Work directly with management teams at portfolio companies

Entrepreneurial & Firm-Building Work

• Help source new investment opportunities
• Attend conferences and build industry relationships
• Engage directly with founders, executives, bankers, and advisors
• Improve internal processes, tools, and investment workflows
• Contribute to Cleanhill’s long-term strategy and platform development

Qualifications

• We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field, who possess:
• A proven track record of academic and professional excellence.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
