Key Duties:
- Perform comprehensive market research to identify promising sectors, trends, and technologies aligned with the firm’s investment focus.
- Analyze potential investment opportunities through in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and operational assessments.
- Support the due diligence process by reviewing business plans, market positioning, and competitive landscapes of potential investments.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal review, enabling informed decision-making within the investment team.
- Track and evaluate the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, providing insights to optimize their growth trajectories.
- Collaborate with portfolio company founders and their teams to provide strategic guidance and operational support.
- Contribute to the creation of knowledge-sharing materials, including industry reports and thought leadership content, to engage the broader venture capital ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar discipline.
- Proven analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial data, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality investment analyses and presentations.
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and understanding of venture capital deal structures.
