    Job Description

    This is a full-time on-site Investment Analyst position at Prospector Partners, LLC in Guilford, CT. The analyst will be responsible for covering stocks and industry trends within the Banking and/or Healthcare sectors, with the possibility of covering additional sectors in the future. Responsibilities will also include attending industry conferences, meeting with/talking to company management teams, building financial models, and pitching new ideas to the portfolio managers.


    Salary range: $60-125k depending on experience level.

    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Self-motivated
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
    • Experience in analyzing banks or healthcare companies a plus
