    • Evaluate investment opportunities across asset classes: early/growth-stage tech, public equities, funds, and alternatives
    • Build detailed financial models and perform due diligence and risk assessments
    • Monitor portfolio performance and manage investment reporting
    • Conduct in-depth research on markets, sectors, and trends (especially in tech and AI)
    • Help shape and iterate the firm’s long-term investment strategy
    • Build and maintain relationships with VCs, PE firms, founders, and other deal sources
    • Coordinate with external advisors (legal, accounting, real estate, etc.)
    • Identify operational efficiencies and support strategic projects as needed

    • Interest in early-stage technology and a desire to work in a nimble, high-exposure role
    • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

    Work Environment

    • In-person role in San Francisco (currently in Mission District; moving to Jackson Square in Fall 2025)
    • Small team of 4 (including another investment analyst, controller, and chief of staff)
    • Tools used include ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Grok
